refact!: prepare for transfer
apply @sgoudham's suggestions

changes:
- removed every styling outside of the colors themselves (i.e. rounding,
`text-shadow` & `padding`)
- changed the default accent color to `mauve`
- renamed flavour CSS filenames from `<f>.css` to `catppuccin-<f>.css`
